An excellent retreat

Staff are attentive. They took care of my needs. Breakfast is delicious. There is live music daily at dinner. The view from the pool is amazing. I had sunbeds reserved. The gym offers good opportunities for exercise. The masseuses at the spa provided tension release. It did wonders. The room was spacious. The balcony has a stone-carved bathtub. I had a fantastic time using it.
The hotel car was not immediately shared. This information should have been available at check in.

The swimming pool area provides fabulous views over the jungle. Sunbeds are available for hotel guests only. Live music accompanied dinner. The hotel has a spa. The masseuses offer tension release treatments.

The food quality was consistently poor. Many dishes had excessive oil and sugar. the cleaners only washed the floor and bathroom but did not tidy the room. a room service waiter even entered while my wife was in bed and used the room phone.

The staff greeted us by name each day which added a special touch. The food at the restaurant was delicious. It offered fine views of the surrounding landscape. The location was convenient. Good restaurants and scenic treks were nearby.
The bathroom lacked privacy so it was a bit uncomfortable. It is something I would consider for future stays.

the resort's size felt perfect. i appreciated the lounging areas and available facilities, like the gym. the pool area had cozy loungers. our room featured beautiful decor, a huge bed, and private outside spaces.
the room had a distinct damp smell. the staff tried to fix it using humidifiers, but the odor remained throughout our stay. this detracted from the overall experience. i hope they can resolve this issue .

the staff greeted me with warm smiles! i found them to be very helpful, always fulfilling every wish! the view of the jungle created a unique atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. the room exhibited an authentic balinese style, i particularly loved the wooden furniture. the breakfast offered a great choice of tasty a'la carte options, which i found to be a welcome change from the usual buffet style.
i noticed that sometimes the service at the restaurant was a little slow, but it was a minor issue.
