poor food quality untidy room
the staff booked extra activities upon request.
The food quality was consistently poor. Many dishes had excessive oil and sugar. the cleaners only washed the floor and bathroom but did not tidy the room. a room service waiter even entered while my wife was in bed and used the room phone.
